An extra on Steven Seagal’s 1994 “On Deadly Ground” claims the actor raped her during a wrap party.
Regina Simons, who was 18 at the time, told The Wrap that Seagal invited her to his Beverly Hills home in 1993 after production closed on the film, but she was the only person there.
“He took me into this room and then just closed the door and started kissing me,” she said.
“He then took my clothes off and before I knew it he was on top of me, raping me … I wasn’t sexually active yet. People always talk about fight-or-flight. But no one talks about the freeze.”
Simons, now 43 and with two children, claims that she also met Seagal on the day of casting. When she complained of a headache, he offered her a massage.
The second time she met him was at the nonexistent party.
Stars accused of sexual harassment and assault
“I asked him where is everyone and he said that they had already left,” Simons told The Wrap.
She went on to say that she froze during the alleged rape, but cried during the entire experience.
“The only way I’m able to describe it is I literally felt like I left my body,” she said.
“I think because of the situation I was completely caught off guard. Tears were coming down my face and I know that it hurt. He was three times my size.”
Simons left after the alleged assault, choosing to stay silent except for her Mormon bishop, who corroborated the story to The Wrap.

Seagal called her for weeks, Simons claimed, before her roommate told him to stop.
Simons told The Wrap that she and former model Faviola Dadis, who previously accused Seagal of groping her during an audition in 2002, filed reports with the LAPD last month, but a spokesperson would not confirm that to the Daily News.
Multiple women, including Portia de Rossi, Julianna Margulies and Jenny McCarthy, have previously accused Seagal of sexual misconduct, but Simons is the first to allege rape.
A rep for Seagal did not immediately return a request for comment.
