Giuliani and two staffers strike passing pedicab driver with door

Former mayor turned presidential adviser Rudy Giuliani and his staff “doored” a pedicab driver in Midtown Thursday, officials said.

Giuliani, 73, and two of his staffers were exiting a Cadillac SUV near the corner of 49th St. and Eighth Ave. about 2:20 p.m. when someone flung open a door and clipped a passing pedicab driver.

The pedicab driver, 33, was not injured.

The bicyclist was treated at the scene, cops said. No one was in his rickshaw. No one on Giuliani’s staff was injured.

No summonses were immediately filed.

The recently hired attorney and adviser to President Trump has made headlines of late, including his recent announcement that special counsel Robert Mueller’s team — which is investigating collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russians to influence the 2016 election — can’t indict a sitting President.
